Shipping Policy

We deliver across all our active regions. Here is everything you need to know about shipping your order.

1. Delivery areas & times

• Pakistan: 3–5 working days across the country.

2. Shipping charges

• Pakistan: flat 250 PKR per order — free on orders over 5000 PKR.

3. Order processing

Orders placed before 5 PM are processed the same working day. You will receive a confirmation as soon as your parcel is handed to the courier.

4. Tracking

Track your order anytime from the Track Order page using your order number and email.

5. Delays

Weather, public holidays or courier disruptions can occasionally delay delivery. If your parcel is late, contact us and we will sort it out.
